Real I.S. is an asset management company specialised in commercial real estate and fund solutions of BayernLB. It is one of the largest initiators connected with a bank in the German market. Real I.S. has been active as an imitator since 1991 (until 2000 under the name of Bayernfonds) and has placed a number of different investment models.
