Real I.S. has been active as an initiator since 1991 (until the year 2000, under the name of Bayernfonds). Since then the company has placed a range of different investment models such as real estate, ships, media, life insurance, aircraft, solar energy funds and other fund products in the market. Real I.S.'s benchmarking and portfolio check, coupled with in-depth and extensive consultancy services, has enabled a large number of local authorities and companies to optimise their real estate portfolios.
