As part of the Sparkassenfinanzgruppe ("Sparkassen SFinanzgruppe" for short), Real I.S. is outstandingly positioned to benefit its customers. As a member of the group, it has direct access to and is responsible for private and institutional investors. The Sparkassen Sfinanzgruppe is the largest group of credit institutions in Germany and Europe comprising a total of 670 savings banks, Landesbanks and affiliated companies, with an aggregated business volume of more than € 3.200 billion. With 60 % of the retail banking business in Germany, this organisation plays a major role.

Since 1991

Real I.S. has created and placed in excess of 100 funds (real estate funds, media funds, private equity funds, solar funds and ship funds) for more than 44,000 private and institutional investors. Twenty of these funds were real estate funds. Accordingly, Real I.S. is one of the largest initiators in the German banking community.
