Our approach: acting sustainably is part of who we are

The structured implementation of sustainability in our processes based on the ESG* criteria changes the way we act, both planned and in the long term.

We had already begun to think and act sustainably at a much earlier stage. We are therefore able to deliver good results today. In our portfolio, we manage a large number of certified properties and plan to obtain certification for other properties. We actively participate in the work of the German Property Federation (ZIA) and, together with other companies, are committed to the ECORE Initiative for industry standards. We have defined clear rules for our actions, and we have been transparent for many years with the rating.
