Real I.S. Real Estate Management GmbH is a spin-off from our successful property management business, which has been creating added value for retail and institutional investors of Real I.S. Group for over 20 years. With assets under management worth over 3.9 billion euros, the company is one of the big players in real estate management in Germany.

We currently manage 68 properties for the Real I.S. Group in Germany. The portfolio under management includes various use types and totals around 950,000 square metres. We have a regional presence with offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Duesseldorf, Stuttgart and Munich. Our regional roots enable us to identify local market conditions effectively.

Our range of services

We see our role as representing the owners locally, by acting as a full-service partner in close collaboration with Asset Management. In addition to conventional property management, we also offer letting management integrated into the local setting and comprehensive property management services.

Our services include

• local letting management: consulting and support on efficiently managed letting processes, and involvement of real estate agents
• local coordination of interests: we act as an interface between the relevant stakeholders in order to develop customised solutions
