What awaits you as a trainee at Real I.S.
Our trainee program is as varied as it is practical. As a trainee, you will work on day-to-day business, take on your own projects in your desired area and be involved in strategic and operational tasks. This know-how is supplemented by your personal and professional development in training courses and seminars as well as by insights into the international business activities of Real I.S. After 18 months, you will be ready for a career at Real I.S.!
Stations 1-4
Explore three of our core business areas and support us as a trainee in Asset Management, Client Relations and Capital Funding, Fund Management or Investment Management. You can also get to know Real I.S. from a strategic corporate perspective in our Risk Management department.
Station 5
Building networks is one of the core competencies of our industry. Job shadowing at BayernLB will give you the opportunity to gain impressions and make contacts within the Group.
Station 6
Deepen your knowledge in your desired area.
Station 7
To round it off, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience – with the colleagues of Real I.S. France in Paris.
