Real I.S. Property Management GmbH

Property Management GmbH is a spin-off of our successful property management business, which has been creating added value for the private and institutional investors of the Real I.S. Group for over 20 years. With more than 3.1 billion euros assets under management, the company is one of the largest property managers in Germany. We currently manage more than 60 properties for the Real I.S. Group with an area totaling around 850,000 square meters of various usage types throughout Germany and are represented by local staff in Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart and Munich.
