Real I.S. AG has acquired the office complex AERA for two of its specialised AIFs/institutional investment funds. Construction of the property located in Berlin’s City West has been completed this month. The 12,000+ square metres of rental space are spread over seven upper floors. The space can be let as up to four units per floor or as one large contiguous area. As a property that is sustainable with regard to energy and resources, the aim is to achieve at least Platinum certification by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction price.
