Well positioned in the Netherlands

Real I.S. has been represented by a branch office in the canal district of Amsterdam since 2017. The regional representative office manages the Dutch real estate investments directly on site and provides both commercial and technical asset management. Real I.S. has been investing in the Netherlands for many years – the portfolio has grown to such an extent since its inception that the Netherlands has become an investment focus of Real I.S. in Europe. With our office in Amsterdam, we have laid the sound foundations for further expanding our commitment and network in the country.
