Real I.S. has been relying on artificial intelligence (AI) assisted control of technical building services for sustainable building operation since 2021. Recogizer’s self-learning system automatically reduces the carbon footprint of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, enabling quick and flexible implementation of energy-saving measures and taking account of ESG related aspects. Following the achievement of important initial milestones, such as a 20 percent energy and emissions reduction in a German shopping centre and in an office building, the collaboration is being significantly broadened and an agreement is due to be reached on a further rollout of the solution.
