K-Tower in Lisbon:
Office property with a photovoltaic system in Parque das Nações
In early 2024, Real I.S. acquired the K-Tower in Lisbon’s Parque das Nações district on behalf of REALISINVEST EUROPA.
The main tenant is Critical TechWorks (CTW), a joint venture between BMW and Critical Software. CTW occupies around 79 per cent of the space, including a vehicle test area.
Features of the K-Tower
A photovoltaic system comprising 168 solar panels was installed when the building was constructed. It complements the building’s energy infrastructure and utilises the roof area to generate solar power. Amenities such as wellness areas, a roof terrace, relaxation areas and an on-site cafeteria contribute to a positive working environment.
Parque das Nações location
The K-Tower is situated in Parque das Nações, a modern office and urban district in the east of Lisbon. The site, which was brought to life by the EXPO World Exhibition shortly before the turn of the millennium, is now home to a unique tech and engineering ecosystem set amidst futuristic architecture. Lisboa Oriente railway station is in the immediate vicinity and offers connections to local and long-distance public transport.
