The "K-Tower" office property in Lisbon was acquired for the open-ended property fund "REALISINVEST EUROPA". The modern 14-storey building offers 15,000 square metres of office space and is aiming for BREEAM "Excellent" certification. The anchor tenant is Critical TechWorks, a joint venture between the BMW Group and Critical Software. The purchase marks the fund's first investment in Portugal, a strategically observed market.
Completed in 2023, the "K-Tower" is located in the Parque das Nações office submarket in Lisbon and combines high-quality office space with sustainable features such as 50 % electric charging stations and bicycle parking spaces. The building, which is characterised by its energy-efficient design, has been nominated for the National Real Estate Award 2024. The surrounding area offers excellent infrastructure with good transport links and a wide range of shopping and leisure facilities. REALISINVEST EUROPA, a fund focussing on ecological and taxonomy-compliant investments, is expanding its portfolio to the Portuguese market with this acquisition. Lisbon as an important office location and the quality of the K-Tower were decisive investment criteria.
