Real I.S. AG Netherlands has agreed long-term extensions to the lease agreements with Ahold Europe Real Estate & Construction for Albert Heijn and Gall & Gall at the Parade shopping centre in Nootdorp. As part of the agreement, Gall & Gall will relocate within the shopping centre to Lange Baan 21, and Albert Heijn will expand into the former Gall & Gall unit. Following the expansion, Albert Heijn will lease approximately 2,288 m² and Gall & Gall approximately 120 m².
