Real I.S. AG Gesellschaft für Immobilien Assetmanagement (hereinafter referred to as "Capital Management Company") hereby announces that, pursuant to Section 331a of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB), it will terminate the distribution of the open-ended domestic special AIF "Real I.S. Ireland Residential Fund" (hereinafter referred to as "Special Fund") in France, Ireland and Austria as of October 20, 2026.

The Special Fund has no investors in France, Ireland and Austria. Therefore, the submission of a blanket offer for the redemption of units in the Special Fund in accordance with applicable legal provisions is not required.
