Another property in the Real I.S. portfolio has been awarded a sustainability certificate: an office building in Helsinki, on which upgrade work has been completed. The building now meets the highest sustainability standards and is rated Very Good by BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology). Real I.S. AG acquired the property last year for the specialised institutional real estate alternative investment fund (AIF) BGV VIII Europa. The seller was the Dutch property developer, Flame International Properties (FIP).
