• Property continues to be fully let

Real I.S. AG has closed two long-term lease deals – a tenancy extension and a new lease – at Alpha Tower in Amsterdam’s Zuidoost quarter by which the property continues to be fully let. The building was bought for the special real estate alternative investment fund (AIF) Real I.S. BGV VI in 2017.
