Real I.S. AG has successfully let a further 3,000 square metres of floor space in the Munich office building M8 – Work & Create to the existing tenant, Helsing GmbH. The expanding DeepTech company has had its offices in the Real I.S. AG building in the Werksviertel residential and working quarter since May 2021.
